This tree was procured from Larry Cassidy’s collection. Larry owned and operated a bonsai store in Louisville for 24 years. This tree is in a recovery phase after several years of neglect. Branch development and further styling will begin in the next 2-3 years once its health has been restored. The trunk hollowing is not necessarily considered an asset, but some might find it interesting. This is a tropical species native to Brazil.
